In theory, this story will be a 52 chapter opus... (linking to the conceit that it is a weekly feature of the Quibbler) The first seven chapters will be Phil and his view of the story. Other secondary characters after that, sometimes for the full seven years, others for a snapshot of an event or battle... No major characters.
