I would say that the Doctor and Harry (Evan) are in the time period for the trial(s) of the five doctors (amusingly called 'The Five Doctors').
Drifter has also asked good questions, but got no reply, so the main one I would like answered is "Will you be finding more permanent girlfriend/possible love interest for this very precocious kid? Or even a companion, like the good Dr. does on occasion?"
