This is an interesting story. HP X Dresden Files crossovers always interest me to some extent. Your story has some awkward phrasings, and I believe it could use some fixations. Odd usage of words aside, this story has loads of potential.
It'd be interesting to see how Harry would try to overcome the... err... 'misunderstanding'.
Do write more.

Well, what can I say? My first language belongs to another language group than English and so it's almost impossible for me to not make mistakes that seem very stupid to native speakers.
