You handle writing from Lina's point of view very well. Xelloss' involvement in resolving the issue is believable as well and it fits in with his attitude as seen in the very last novel. Zelas' attitude toward humans remind me a lot of the way that they're seen by the Golden Dragons in TRY - a sort of necessary thing that isn't worth that much to them in the big picture, but you still have to keep them around. Nice job with this and I love the title.
