What I do when I'm blocked is I throw random things in the story and see where it goes. It makes plotholes, but you can always explain them later on in the story.
Youre a good writer, don't let it get to you. If you want to be a professional writer, then you can't possibly allow yourself to get blocked. get up, read a book, walk around, talk it over with someone. in the end, the work is it's own reward.
Hey, could you work the phrase "pink is evil" or the word "spork" into one of your stories? Thinking about my cousin rioght now and she says those two things all the time.

Thanks, I'll try it out. In any case, I have two questions. One: how on earth does your cousin manage to use "spork" in everyday language? I mean, I can think of a few reasons to say it, but constantly and in conversation? Wow. Talent.
