Oh, the only thing I didn't like about this chapter was the gibberish about teaching/not teaching business and politics at Hogwarts. That idea doesn't seem to contribute anything of substance and the conversation gets a bit tedious at that point. If it's meant as a lead-in to the sex ed idea, why not simply have Dumbledore be a bit prudish and not allow it at Hogwarts; as Purebloods have their own customs, this would leave Muggleborns (and -raised, like Harry) out.
