this chapter was equal parts hilarious and heart-breaking.
egans confession about her wanting a baby was so sad. i was almost in tears.
i want to thank you for expanding my knowledge of useless facts too. i definitely didnt know that babies could distinguish their mothers by their scent. i guess you learn something new everyday huh?
you also used the name marcello again which made my day.

It was sad, huh? But yeah, it got funny too.
I recently purchased Juno and watched it again for the first time since I saw it in theaters, and the scene where she's had teh baby and she and Bleeker are just laying as she's crying there, that had alot of influence on this chapter. And the book Gingerbread, when Cyd Charisse is explaining to Sugar Pie that if things had been different, she might have been having a baby today, that had alot of influence as well. BTW, if you haven't read Gingerbread, I definitely reccomend it. And like I always say, Egan is me. And I have a strong desire for a baby some day. I'm thinking I'll adopt though.
