okay, now for the explaining.
the implied meaning of this story is, Hayley is in a mental institution, and has been for two months, but she was not meant to be there. then she meets Ryan, who she becomes friends with. they fall in love, yadda yadda, and both decide they want out, as being in there is driving them insane. slowly, they stockpile various pills, and crush them into a powder, replacing the sugar or salt or something commonly used in the kitchens with the medication. it is used in the food, which causes many inmates to have reactions or accidental overdoses to/of the medication, which leave 20 in hospital, and a further 82 dead. in the chaos they escape.
its essentially a 'why i did it' thing from Hayley.
like ive said before, shoet version of that is: Hayley and Ryan are in a mental institution, and they commit mass murder to escape in the name of love. so yeah. make sense now?
