Hey I know this is your story (a great story to by the way) and you have to send him to hogwarts for the story, but if I was this harry I would after viewing diagon alley and its antiquated ways, I would take possession of my vault, use it to help me in my life, get a multi compartment trunk and the necessary supplies to then home school myself and keep attending my muggle academy while also in private further my magical education with my new wand and of course continue doing and learning wandless!
