I agree that Ravenclaw or Slytherin are the most likely Houses for Harry; the first would be acceptable to Dumbles while the second would give him severe discomfort (heh, imagine Harry actually making friends with Draco and, while having his attitudes on some things hardened, demonstrating that there are reasons not to look down on muggles and so ameliorating Lucius' teaching. I could see a joint Potter-Malfoy team as being very, very dangerous for the Headmaster and any else who cross them.
