I read this chapter, and thought about the Harry you portrayed..and he would have known that he could get the transfer overthrown by simpley declaring it a fraud, as Petunia would love for him NOT to attend Hogwarts..heck he could even say that DD was part of the cult and had plans for him....
So for him to go is just a plot device, no backing at all:{...
Beside we all know Snape will be bad, and he will give up potions....my wish is to see Harry not goto Hogwarts..and get a private Tuor for magic
All DD has done is guarantee that Harry hates him and Hogwarts...and the wizard world...
It was good while it lasted:{...You wrote yourself into a corner and now its a bad decision to go on...rewrite needed to fix it and the plotholes

oh ye of little faith. Did you realy think I did not take the option of having Petunia simply declare the papers fake into account? And you have to take the reactions of the wizarding public into account as well if Harry were to declare that he wants to stay in a muggle insitution versus Hogwarts and how they would react to Dumbledore's actions. I already have an expaination for the way this encounter went.
