God, I felt so bad for Harry, you did a wonderful expression of his reaction. I can only imagine how I'd feel if someone transferred me out my university against my wishes.
He should try to keep up with the Xavier Academy, that would be in character. I don't know if calling Dumbledore out straight away would work, he's read about his reputation. Expect projects of Dumbledore to fail in future though, sapping his power base a little.
