This story has such potential to become something great, but the way it ended was just kind of abrupt. We know he's heading into Winhill to learn more about his roots, but then you kind of leave it hanging. I'm not too sure if I like that; simply *because* of the stories imposed premise. It makes me feel ripped off; like I'd paid 20 bucks to watch a movie I later discovered I hated.
Oh well. Either way, I liked the writing style. Thanks for the read.
