God, that was so... heart-breaking. Very, very bittersweet... I'm a huge VincentxSephiroth fan, and this is one of the best non-smut stories I've read featuring them. I usually don't like character-death fiction, but this one seems good. I kinda think the whole suicide thing was a bit rushed and seemed out of the blue, but at least that way you don't go "oh, I knew it was gonna end there!"
So, all in all, really good piece. I loved the wolves reference, by the way!
