My main concern is -- why do you (and many others) insist on creating schools where a 1/3 of the students are going to die? MOST parents believe in trying to keep their offspring alive.
Having a school that is VERY hard and has a 30% drop out rate, because of the tough mental & physical requirements isn't as unlikely.
Even terrorist training camps can't afford to lose 30% of their population, can the vampires and werewolves & other creatures? Are they so over-populated that they do this?
