Well, this coming conversation between Gerard and the Grangers promises to be... interesting , especially given Dan's loud and somewhat paranoid suspicions of the Wizarding World. If M. Delacour is smart (and I'll bet that he is) he will descrbe Hermione as being unharmed and wanting to spend the rest of her summer with her newfound friends. The Floo will also allow her to personally reassure her parents that she is not under any duress.
As for the rest? Well, I am interested as to how you plan to progress this story. There is definately some manner of bond forming between the quartet and I doubt that it would be wise to seperate them for any length of time. On the other hand, I cannot imagine Dumbledore permitting his precious weapon to go to Beaubuxtons (and thus out of his control). One possible compromise would be for Harry to attend Hogwarts as a day student and commute to and from Beaubuxtons by Floo every day.
Overall, I like how you have written this story. All the characters are written as they were at the very beginning of PS (or at least, in Fleur and Luna's case, how I imagine they would be). You have managed to avoid a lot of the traps of the common Fanon view of Luna and made her behaviour not too excessively wacky, even if she is shown as eccentric and highly precocious.
I'll be looking forward to seeing more of this story.
