I agree with alice93, I think it happened because of the pills. Maybe she was friends with these girls before but then started to take pills and maybe went into coma and it was all a dream for her. But that would be very weird. I don't know! And she can check it! Like look at her stomach and if there's diana's name then it was all true!
It really sucks that this nurse or whoever she is doesn't tell her why she's there. And I wonder where her parents are. Maybe it was them who send her there. And another question I have is how old Viola is now.

well checking her stomach would be the smart thing to do, freaking out and yelling is the Viola thing to do.
