That was so sad...I teared up at the end... (which is unusual, cuz I'm usually not a crying person).
To tell the truth, I loved the ending. Even though Frank killed Gerard, I feel sorry for him. I dunno why, but it makes me sad that he found out at the end that Gerard really hadn't burned his picture of him and his father...
A happy ending wouldn't have fit this story, I'm glad that if it had to come to Gerard dying, it was this one. It was a beautiful and sad death, like it was destined for him. I guess he never was meant to be truly happy... :(
Your a great writer, as I say again! I hope you continue with other stories and I wish you the best of luck in the future!
