I really like what you've done with Luna and Hermione but I also really hope that you don't take the easy way out and make this a Luna-Harry-Hermione romance in the mode of Kuno from Ranma 1/2; "I cannot decide, so I must have them both!"
I'd rather see Hermione's heart get broken. Your Luna is a much better fit for Harry, because she's the only one capable of pulling Harry out of his frequent emotional depression.
It's the difference between a serious romance and a male wish fulfillment fic.

I don't know anything about Ranma, but as the summary for this story says, this is a Harry/Luna/Hermione fic - or will be sooner or later.
I must say, that I'd have to disagree about taking the easy way out by going with the multi-pairing. The easy way out would be to simply continue with Harry & Luna as they are now - they're great together.
The hard way is to try and write in a believable rationale that all of them can accept for Harry, Luna & Hermione to be together.. somehow.
And to try and do it without turning the fic into an angst-fest is going to be harder still, but, I'm going to do my best.
