Nice chapter. I like that Harry and Daphne are healing away from Hogwarts for a bit, but in all the time passing there you avoided plainly stating that they didn't come back either.

I liked how Hermione seems to have matured, especially with regards to sex, but I do sort of wish the confrontation with Ron was more public. I wonder who his pure-blodded shag was that didn't want to share and what happened with her.

What really got me thinking was that Omake by Dave Brown where DD makes his own Horcrux by murdering his sister! Now that is an idea!
