This was a really really good chapter. The plot development might have been as expected, Harry realizing he has feelings for both Hermione and Luna, Albus being even more cruel and manipulative than anyone expected, Draco being a fool, and Narcissa starting to rethink her positions, but it was well executed.

But what really got me were the three or four amazing plays on words you gave us. "the Potter calling the kettle Black" was hilarious! then getting rid of the prtrait by giving it to Kreacher and having him move it to his little lair? Why didn't I think of that! Then pointing out that Voldemort used the bones of his MUGGLE father and the blood of a half-blood to resurrect himself! I never thought of it that way before. I wonder if his not having any blood connection to Slytherin's line will have any impact on the rest of the plot? Will Hogwarts reject him as an heir to one of the founders? Will Gringotts deny him access to some secret vault because he is no longer a blood relative? It might be vital later.
