I can see the Potters slipping into England in purely muggle ways with the Warlocks and traveling with them as a means of not coming to the Ministry's attention. I would hope they can get Hermione's parents out of the country before matters get too bad (though seeing her parents reaction when she tells them that she's married to Harry, and proves it, should be quite interesting - similarly, I wonder if Fleur's mailing of the notice of marriage is going to get "lost in the bureaucratic snarl" that events in England have caused the rest of European wizarding?
