This was certainly not a final piece of the story. The story is a bit uneven, ranging from true brilliance to sketchy between, and sometimes within scenes. My overall grading is Excellent, though. It may be an almost classic outset, but your division between the Harrys is a lot of fun and brings originality. You have also used the Bonding plot-device with great skill and accuracy. Now, keep it up. It may be one of the greatest clichés in Ficverse, but i love a good legal Dursley bashing. May Mayhem pursue!
