Good story so far. I'm wondering though, if Harry's magic is having such a strong reaction to the radiation, might not Hermione's magic also have a reaction to the radiation that she was exposed to, obviously not to the extent that Harry's is but still a small one. Maybe it increases the speed at which she heals, increases the size of her magical core, or maybe it gives her a partial to full magical talent that she didn't have previously, like metamorph, parseltounge(not likely), or somethin else along those lines.
