As I understand that you dont want to write all 7 years of hogwarts, still you could continue this, have them do things totally different, forget canon, like you have been doing and make up your own story...continue the dance lessons for both of them and also let them take martial arts classess during the year...forget the sorcer stone, chamber...let them both get really strong, knowledgable, and powerful and then take out voldie say in 4th yr while maybe also having sex to finalize there bond...hell just continue doing what you are doing it is outstanding, but like I'm been trying to say, continue with the AU.
