Found your fiction over at lj and there was an allusion to Spring Fever, which I couldn't find linked over there... so a quick google turned up this page and am I ever so glad to have found it.
I certainly love your very frank and somewhat caustic Kakashi, but the win is definitely feisty and practical Iruka.
Both stories are not only funny, but offer a wealth of believable insight into the characters themselves and you are awesome in the 'show, don't tell' department of storytelling.
