This is positively beautiful. And I'm sorry if I seem like a stalker because I keep raving about this story, but...I don't know, it's just amazing. I've never loved a story so much. It makes me cry for so many reasons- a] because kidnapping, whether the prospect of that fact that it could happen to me, or just the thought of somebody else's, is the scariest thing in the world to me, b] because I'm so sad for Frank, c] because I'm much, much sadder for Gerard, not as much for his childhood as for his present [everytime he hurts Frank, I hurt for him], and d] because this is just beautiful. It's so touching and inspiring and...real. I adore it.
