If this is a three-chapter story and Harry's friends are still completely oblivious to what's going on - pending their learning Occlumency, which will take some time - I'm wondering about the goal of this story, how you're going to wrap it up in just one more instalment. Well, I guess I'll find out soon enough.
While I thought the kids decisions to 'follow Harry Potter' was a bit sudden and quick - like maybe your other stories (I love the early scene in Dumbledore's Army but still feel that that, too, was overly brief) - I still appreciate that a bit of deliberation and deduction was put into it this time around. Luna's 'treating Harry like a tool' conclusion, Hermione's realisation that Sirius is a Harry!biased adult. Even Hermione's hope that following Harry won't estrange her from her authority figures was good. Hmm, maybe my first impression that the group's decision to 'follow Harry' was hasty was unjustified? I think ... it's the "I WILL FOLLOW HARRY POTTER" statement - quite melodramatic - without their really knowing what Harry is doing, which makes me feel antsy. Hmmm.

Since when do 14-16 year olds (or most older people for that matter) think such things through?
