Thanks for your review... You see, although this fic is non epilogue compliant, most of the canon-ness will be the same. Dobby, as such died back at Malfoy Manor (or Shell Cottage) and Winky, I guess, is still working at Hogwarts.
So no, neither of them do follow Harry and Luna.
