Very nice, but there were a few things that confused me. I find it difficult to believe that Harry was the first world traveler to go to Gringotts while in a foreign country and want to withdraw some money. That would seem a rather obvious hint to everyone just like it was to Harry. Perhaps "not allowed by treaty" might work better. Harry doesn't obviously appear to need additional transport methods.
Does the head of the DMLE really not have any safehouses or executive protection suites to stay in? Would being taught by Harry and Tonks in foreign lands be protection enough for Susan? It seemed a rather obvious option (more so that what you did) but I suppose after such a scare Bones might want to keep Susan close.
