Well, it's quite an attention-grabbing start to your story. I do feel sorry for Rose, though; finding out that she was one of the few good parts of her parents' marriage has to have hurt. All things considered, I'm not sure I can at all blame Hermione for her reaction; it's all too human given the situation. I'll be looking forward to the next several chapters as she endeavors to handle the task fate's set her.
