I quite enjoyed this -- it was a nice... well, not nice, but a probing look into Remus' perspective, and while I myself love the Lupin/Tonks pairing (and I'm usually happy to enjoy it without much angst), you make me believe this conflict -- not only that, but you've constructed the conflict around the moment in such a way that I can almost taste it. Excellent job.
