- Would these new books be added to the Granger Family Library or would they restart the empty Black Library? Again ridicules the black family has lost its library because a girl likes to read to much.

Maybe it is overdone but The Black Family as a dark family with all the dark books to go along with it is dead. I believe he would give those books to someone who could appreciate them and who he could trust with that knowledge.
I doubt Andromeda or Tonks would want them and giving them to Cissy or Bella is right out.
hate my choice all you want, I think it is fitting. And those new books would join the library at the house of black. Harry wouldn't keep them from her if she wanted to take them with her so I guess they are part of the now Granger library.
