LOL -- I like this v. much; as I've had Hary point out in a few stories (and others have as well, no doubt) entropy wins, and nothing material, not even the universe, will last forever. So good luck with that immortality, Tommy!

- I think it was the first time I got the vaguest understanding of Continental Drift that I first understood that Comic Book style immortality wasn't the best plan in the universe.
- It was then I thought about the culture Tom came from, Muggle raised, but in a situation where modern science was still pretty much unknown... Forever probably sounded like a good idea to Tom.
