Will the Dursleys be run down by the Muggle authorities? And, re: Harry's critical thinking -- I thought 'thinking' and 'magic' cancelled each other out, only one or the other allowed! (I know, only in canon is that required)

DrT, it was an experiment, in more ways than one. So many "canon" fics assume once you throw magic into the mix, everything is allowed no matter how goofy. This was my anti-power-of-emotion fic. Too many fics out there with love being the "power he knows not". I thought this time, it would be brains. ;-) Thanks for your review.
