i hope that all matrix on other worlds and ships are just fragments of harry in other words a part of his soul/power.
as harry can use magic i hope he just make a phyical body which he can control remotely :P
as for the powers that be i hope with the fact harry is linked into the planet that he is more powerful (godlike)
