Very good chapter. When I first realized it would be a Death Eater ceremony, I rolled my eyes, but after I read it, I must admit my initial reaction was entirely wrong. It was very intriguing, and I liked your incantation for creating the Dark Mark. I don't know if Draco's reactions were proper, nor were his father's, but all in all, good work.
