Damn, she sure knows how to hurt the youngest female Weasley. Still, I don't think the end of the Cannons is going to stop folk, though it might well enrage a lot of folk with the Dark Lady (could be a miscalculation there). Still, this is an excellent chapter and I like that Harry's getting Harriet as ready as he can and stands ready to assist in "settling down" her Dark Lord. It's almost a shame that, after learning all this, he can't return to his home timeline and deal with the Tommy-boy who sent him out; 'twould be almost poetic justice for the sending out to rebound and return a Harry who really could kill Tommy-boy.
