I love how Alyn is determined to get out of there, and outsmart him.
Was Mr Wayside just looking for someone to 'understand' him all along, and killed them when they didnt get him or something?
He knows so much, its pretty creepy.

Yes he was! He is quite the creeper, but hey. And I feel bad making Gerard the Serial Killer, but he fit it so well. haha sorry G, lol.
