I'm surprised that Mr. Wayside was willing to play along with Alyn's game for a short while. Although he didn't give away much, it's still shocking to see him giving away some kind of information.
I'm now curious about what happened at the house. For some reason when he brought it up I thought of Ed Gein and the fire that occurred in his youth. It was the night that his brother died, and supposedly Ed Gein murdered him. Strange reference, although I suppose it's not that strange considering the story.
But anyways, that reference made me think that maybe Gerard did something in that house that made him a killer.
Sorry for writing so much. But this story's just too good to write any less :P

Yes I have this huge plan for the house, it will be in a chapter shortly. either this next one or the one after.
I am going to try to go back and forth from Gerard, and then the police. so, even though the police bits, might not be as interesting. lol.
