You might want to add a disclaimer saying where you got the idea, otherwise it's pretty much plagiarism.
Just a friendly suggestion to try and avoid trouble. Especially if you're going to follow the storyline so closely.

I never had to add one before to my stories so I think I'm good. And there's a lot of stories that doesn't have one.
