I figure that if there are force sensitive humans, why not elves? My other Jedi Harry story will incorporate this as a major element.
I'm wondering if I can get away with making the goblins force sensitives as well...on a case by case basis. On the other hand that might just muddy the waters.
The Wizengamot will have some action, but for the most part, I'll be making Fudge look like an ass.
