Really liked the chapter.
Albus is continuing to be a prick of epic proportions, dwarfing Snape and Voldemort in prickitude.
Harry setting up his relatives for insurance fraud is a brilliant and funny turn of events and a perfect way for the Dursley's to get their karmic comeuppance after years of being shitty people.
ANd sending the Death Eater masks and robes to Snape reminds me of the Godfather, specifically the 'Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes' scene and, to a lesser extent, the horse head in bed scene.

Dumbledore is not finished being a prick. On the other hand, Harry hasn't even begun with him. I've always felt Dumbledore is far worse a Villian than Voldy.
Snape has a whole circle of hell reserved for him.
Dursleys: Oh, I'm not stopping there! How about embezzlement, and tax fraud...not to mention not paying their bill in Majorca.

Actually, that's where I got the idea. One of the greatest movies of all time.
