JEDI POTTER

-chuckle- I do rather like the way Harry and company are already taking down Albus' reputation. A similar "taking down" is occurring over on FFN in Silverfawkes' "Yet Another Universe" where, in what would've been Harry's Fifth year, a desperate Albus, having caused Harry's death in his universe, does a ritual to bring a "hero" from another to stop Riddle; what he gets, from across the worldlines and back in time, is a powerful, smart, and canny Harry, old enough to be a seventh year and just off killing his Voldemort, from closer to the canon worldline, who wants nothing to do with Albus but is working hard to take down both Tom and Albus and having folk willing to help him and keep his secrets.

Author's response

I liked that story. Harry is snarky and a general pain in the ass to those who wanted a savior to appear. Unfortunately for them , there is always a price to be paid. Dumbledore is the same callous manipulative bastard he was in canon, and Harry is setting out to demonstrate that clearly.

Here, only Snape is convinced Harry is the cause of his discomfort. Dumbledore is convinced that Voldemort is in some way at fault, and that the government is simply 'misguided'.

Until next time....
