But, I'm kind of confused. Was Ryan dreaming about the whole getting accused of rape thing? And does Brendon beat him and/or did the crowd accusing him of rape beat him?

No, he just got dropped of at home by the police and Brendon took him to bed. And both beat him. Thanks :) xx
