I think you actually should do Riddik!Hermione, just not bald. The glowy eyes would be from being stuck in a cell with no light, plus maybe some extra ad-on/trauma magic to make it happen. Or maybe not glowy eyes, just her pupils get huge or slit like a cat's.
For the personality, after she comes out of her shock coma she's going be a pretty new person, perhaps even more animal-like as her more intellectual side couldn't handle the stress so the Id took over for a bit and when she comes back to her self the Id has more control.
