Good start, clearly you want Hermione close to Harry and the hints are there as to how close. Kitty's a good ACC but fill out her background more as you go.
I can already see Dumbles try to get things his way but "Madam" Bones, Head of the DMLE should be able to handle him! Oh and remember Luna Lovegood's a good catalytic character! Use here here to help Harry!
