Well, this story does have its amusing aspects but it's quite a drama. I rather suspect that Harry cleaned out more than just the Library (that's just the first place his actions were noticed) and I do hope that he found a way to take care of Hermione on the non-magical side of things (I do highly approve of his response to Durmstrang's behavior and his treatment of this Krum was fully justified. 'Twould be rather interesting to see the ramifications of this story for Dumbledore, Fudge, et al. as things move forward and Harry's elsewhere (particularly if this Tom did have horcruxes and a way to return yet again - and this time Harry wouldn't be around).
