Wow. That is absolutely gorgeous. I was actually not sure whether to rate it as "original" or "moving." I ended on original because I've never read anything like it in this fandom, but it certainly stirred up emotions as well.
The style is beautiful; It made the story a little confusing to me now and then, but I like the story enough that I'm perfectly fine with reading it again. :) I think this story actually marks the first time that I've ever wanted to know more about an original character in a fan work. Great job.
Oh, and that ending? Hit like a punch in the gut. Loved it.
