The flashbacks are annoying, if you were going to have them then why didn't you confine them to chapter 1 and possibly 2. We know hes in Azkaban and I for one would have wanted the story to continue from that point not continue to ramble in flashbacks, maybe a short summary of how he got there, who betrayed him and why, then on with the main story.
